Students will train in three different aspects presented throughout the courses. All three courses offered at FSHS will include Classroom Instruction (25%) including lecture/discussion, video presentation, quizes, and testing; Forging Instruction and Practice (25%) including demonstration and hands-on instruction; and Live Horse Trimming and Shoeing (50%) including demonstration and hands-on instruction.
Introduction to Horseshoeing Course (Six Weeks or 288 clock hours)*
